We’re observing Bilou in the Saguenay Fjord in a herd of about 30 individuals. He is swimming alongside belugas DL2450 and DL2026. The active animals are plying the waters of Baie Sainte-Marguerite. Most of them are largish white adults, though there are a few young grays as well. We assume that they are males. The Saguenay is a place where cows and bulls of different generations mingle: networks of males intermix with the communities of females.
